Administrative Services Manager, FT/Perm. in Goodyear, AZ
Job Duties:
Performs varied administrative managerial duties for adult healthcare services; Performs varied administrative managerial duties for adult healthcare services; Composes and produces business correspondences, reports and related materials or guides the work of other staff who produce these materials; Reviews and signs materials, as authorized by the Administrator; Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information, such as staff personnel files and patient information; Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures; Serves as an internal resource of all health care services and office operations for administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures; Performs administrative duties associated with in-house office training, scheduling and recruiting; Oversees office operations, manages inventories, purchases, equipment and office supplies. Verifies accuracy of all financial disbursements; Schedules, assigns and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines; Presents documentation to senior staff and maintains all files for the company; Will supervise clerks and assistant.
Qualifications:
Min. Qualification: Associate’s degree in Business or Management, or equivalent (HS?GED), with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial occupation;
